Makan time

Just to show my few dishes, been tried since kak long is here to comment the taste. Everyone been boring eating nasi goreng (except adik and Farhan),so try to make the taste different i made nasi goreng tom yom(just add the tom yam cube),this time everyone like it very much especially kak long and me...hehe...tukang masak kenalah rasakan...

This is homemade murtabak,my hubby bought me a cooking book (Malaysian Hawker) from Kinokuniya,purposely to request to make this murtabak, but i changed the recipe to make it simple and suitable with ingredients that i have in the kitchen. The taste quite delicious,although not the same as Chili Merah restaurant in Sec 9......

Thia egg tofu cooked by Kak Long, suddenly rajin ke dapur...hehe...sedap so kena rajin selalulah k hehe....
This is chicken kurma for lunch.
This bengkang gandum,resepi from my mother-in-law.but i adjust a bit by putting pandan essence and sesame seeds for decoration on the top.For tea time...

This the saturday breakfast(it a brunch actually),we had nasi dagang together with kari ayam and acar. In addition to that i made spaghetti goreng and ikan kembung goreng...so many foods...

Last weekend picnic

Last thursday (12th May 2011) after ashar we went to the park infront of the Hilton Apartment, the weather just comfortable but at night still a bit chill. We stayed there until 10.oopm, i bought,nasi goreng,mee hoon goreng, murtabak,bubur jagung and carrot cake.just enjoy the photos

Mother's Weekend for 2011

Last weekend on 13th May 2011, we celebrated Mother's Day, somehow this year its turn up to be mother's weekend NOT Mother's Day because we celebrated the whole weekend. On Friday, kak long prepared breakfast roti canai together with dhal (kak long made hehe...),for lunch we went at Khalidiyah Mall, we ate chicken tom yam, chicken fried rice, kerabu papaya, fried noodle and banana in palm sugar, sedappppp..at Thai express. then the boys ate Papa John's pizza...ooo..these people really enjoy eating...

The next day on Saturday, the boys turn to cook, they prepared continental breakfast hehe...we had sausages,half boiled eggs,roti canai with chicken curry and dhal(left over from yesterday) and scramble eggs(this Wan made).hmmmm yummy...for lunch we had nasi mandi chicken and lamb,...this weekend i feel like i gained another weight at least another kg...it so hard to control since all deliciousssss

Thank you very much for the best mother's day ever,Thank you very much Abang,Kak Long,Kak Ngah,Wan,Paan and Adik. I love you all...so next year we can celebrate Mother's week, then mother's month, then mother's year hehehe.....lawak je k

Birthday cakes

Adik's 8th birthday was on 24th December, i didn't make any cake for him since we celebrate his birthday at Dubai Mall (actually just went to Dubai Mall to buy some books and went to candilious) anyway his happy. This the present that kak Ngah gave to him,CD tom and jerry hehe

This the cheese cake i made for the kids,i think this the second time i made, for myself - i don't eat anything that contains cheese in it either cake, pizza, lasagna etc, they said the taste is good but i don't know.

This is the strawberries cake for farhan's 11th birthday. I made sponge cake,coated with cream and decorated with lots if strawberries. Usually in December, the price for strawberries are quite cheap compared to other months.
This is the blueberries cake for Kak Ngah 16th birthday. Sedap tak kak Ngah, penat mama kutip bluberries tau hehe...

Many, many happy birthday kids, may Allah panjangkan umur, murah rezeki,diberikan kesihatan,menjadi anak yang soleh and solehah, success and enjoy in what ever you do,menjadi orang-orang yang berjaya di dunia and akhirat,insyaAllah.

March 2011

Just to show my latest painting project, actually the orchid was finished on 13 January 2011 and the pansies was on 8 January 2011. These two i followed from the Australian country craft magazine. This is the first time i paint orchid, quite detail actually have to do petal by petal and finally i can finished. Alhamdulillah.



This plate i painted when we was at the park for a picnic.so far my kids not like it because they said the the colour of the flowers are too dark.
So far until today, i still didn't do any painting, i don't know why the time fly so fast....
