June 22,2011

Tonight, we will go back to Malaysia until after the 'Id, 9th Sept,2011, but this time we will go back with my husband, he take three weeks on leave. So many plans to make hehe...relaxs and eating time....

Last saturday, 18th June 2011, our last breakfast together for this term before kak long went back to Malaysia on 20th June, we had nasi goreng, pecal and cekodok, as usual everyone eat a lot a so much stories to tell.
On 16th June 2011, i was discharged from Al Noor Hospital. I was admitted on 13th June, morning due to asthma. I was a the...do know how to describe, i cannot breathe, almost fainted, the chest feel very tight, the doctor said because my airways were all blocked. What make my asthma trigger...well i think on sunday, i cut a lot of dried chillies to make a chillies paste, so during this summer my husband can make some sambal for himself...probably that particular packed of chillies full of bacterias. But now, alhamdulillah, feeling much better although the cough still there. These all the sketches that i made while i in the ward, ginger, onion, star anise and garlic

Yellow Tulip

Last friday, 3rd June 2011, i have finished painting this yellow tulip. This tulip was a gift from Farhan for mother's day last month. I took a photo and copied it into canvas. This is the first time i paint based on my own photo that i took it myself.

Makan time

Just to show my few dishes, been tried since kak long is here to comment the taste. Everyone been boring eating nasi goreng (except adik and Farhan),so try to make the taste different i made nasi goreng tom yom(just add the tom yam cube),this time everyone like it very much especially kak long and me...hehe...tukang masak kenalah rasakan...

This is homemade murtabak,my hubby bought me a cooking book (Malaysian Hawker) from Kinokuniya,purposely to request to make this murtabak, but i changed the recipe to make it simple and suitable with ingredients that i have in the kitchen. The taste quite delicious,although not the same as Chili Merah restaurant in Sec 9......

Thia egg tofu cooked by Kak Long, suddenly rajin ke dapur...hehe...sedap so kena rajin selalulah k hehe....
This is chicken kurma for lunch.
This bengkang gandum,resepi from my mother-in-law.but i adjust a bit by putting pandan essence and sesame seeds for decoration on the top.For tea time...

This cucur badak,made for the breakfast and bekal to school and office for hubby
This the saturday breakfast(it a brunch actually),we had nasi dagang together with kari ayam and acar. In addition to that i made spaghetti goreng and ikan kembung goreng...so many foods...
