Such a long vacation, my kids and i went backed to Malaysia on 24th June 2009 for summer vacation by Gulf airways and back to Abu Dhabi on 27th Sept 2009, about three months holiday. During the first month most of the time we spend at home,cleaned the house and visited kak long at her campus in PJ and watched movies. We watched transformers 2 - revemge of the fallen(my kids requested), quite a nice movie, full of action compared to the first one.
Oh, yea..on my birthday, my kids arranged the whole day activities, it started with Farhan's paid for the breakfast, we ate nasi lemak and roti canai at Restaurant Gembira in Section 3, Shah Alam, then we went to Midvalley to watch movie - Hannah Montana the movie and this time Kak Ngah paid for it, she also bought a cake for each of us at the Secret Recipes, and i choosed chocolate indulgence, it taste so delicious, for the lunch we ate chicken rice at the Chicken Rice shop and Syazwan paid for it. Later of the day, we went to visit kak long at her college (she cannot joined us because she had a class) we had nasi lemak again at her college's cafe. What a long day full of food and fun, thank you very very much everyone being such a lovely daughters and sons, i love you all very much.

During these holiday, we also watched ice age 3 (very funny especially the Buck), Harry potter and the half blood prince (i read the book, a it was so good but the movie unfortunately too short and a lot of important parts did not show it) and lastly we watched GI Joe(action packed movie) but the kids like it very much anyway, not for me.
On 18th July 2009, we went backed to my hometown in Pahang with Kak Ton joined us, this time was the durian season, full of durian everywhere until everyone got headache because of eating too much durian. I just stayed for three days and two nights, my mom still healthy even at the age of 95 years old, did not use tongkat (walking stick) and still can remember all the things, i think it is due to her diet, she eat a lot of ulam(vegetables) and fresh fish that she caught from the river (but now she just eat the fish that my brother cooked). She also did not take modern medicine, she make her own medicine from the herbs and roots that she collected from around the house.
On the way backed from my kampung, we went for a holiday at Merantik Park Suite at the Berjaya Hill, in Karak Highway. We just been there for one night since Kak Ton have to work the following day. We reached there late in the afternoon, so we did not go anywhere, only the next day, we went to visit the Japanese Garden and the Tropical Colmar. On the way backed to Kuala Lumpur, we thought want to do a horse riding, but unfortunately it closed and the weather was rained, so we went backed straight.

My hubby came backed to Malaysia on 1st August 2009, we picked him up at the airport, the next day, we went backed to Gurun to visit his parents. We stayed in Gurun four days and three nights.
On 5th August 2009, we went to Berjaya Georgetown, since kak long not joined us the fun was less, not enough'corrum'. We just round the the island, went the chocolate boutique and at night we went to nigt market at Batu Feringgi, but nothing much to see, not many people also there, i think people scared to go to public area since a lot of swine flu cases in Penang lately, so we went to fisg spa for a fish therapy. The fish will nibble our foot, quite tickle for a while but after a few minutes it enjoyable. Once finished you can feel your foot soft and clean. We went back to Shah Alam the next morning after breakfast. In the evening we picked up kak long at her hostel to bring her home.

The following weekend on 15th August 2009, we went to Taman Negara (National Park) at Kuala Tahan, it about 4 hours drive from Shah Alam. We went with Kak Ton, Aiman and Zuri's family. We stayed at Rainforest Resort, everything were arranged by Zuri since she quite familiar with the area and knows most of the people there. That afternoon we just went for a boat trip since the weather also rained. But it turned out to be fun also since we went to the jeram(rapid) the water splashed all over us. But the most adventure the next day, we went for a canopy walk, it so high there are hanging bridges between the trees. My legs started to feel wobbly, but adik relax, maintained cool. hehehe...After that we walked back to Kuala Tahan used jungle trekking, it about 1.5km from the canopy trail. We went backed to Shah Alam at 1.00pm.
On the way backed, my husband thought why not we go to Genting Highland since non of us been there before, that must be another adventure (very spontaneous right?). We went to the Theme Park, the boys enjoyed it very much, we went for monorail ride, kak long, my hubby, farhan and syazwan went for spidermen ride, adik and kak ngah went for big wheel ride. We reached home at 11.30pm, i felt so tired, the whole day full of activities.
On Tuesday, 18th August 2009, we went to another adventure at Extreme Park in Shah Alam, we played paint ball, but really, at war paint just a target practice, still turned out to be very fun, then we went for wall climbing, all of them can reached to the top even adik can do it, only me climbed half way. I'm felt scared after looked down, my legs start to shaking....the next day my husband went backed to Abu Dhabi.
During the fasting month start on 22th August 2009, no more adventure activities, we just fasting, terawih as many as we can and read Al-Quran, semuga Allah s.w.t menerima ibadah kami yang ikhlas hanya untukNya, amin
Anyway, last minutes tought, i did sold a few chocolate chips and honey cornflakes to Kak long's friends at her college. by the way, anyone would like to buy the cookies can do so next year, insyaAllah, just email to me.:)
My husband came backed for Eid on 17th Sept 2009. we went backed to Gurun for the celebration. Everyone was there, Kak Ichah's family, kak Idah's family, fakhrul's family and my family (fakhruddin's family), altogether 31 people, such a big family. It was happy celebration, my kids especially since this the first time after four years, we had been celebrating Eid in Abu Dhabi.

We went backed to Shah Alam on the third Eid which was on 22nd September 2009 since kak long start her final exam on 24th Sept 2009. For the next few days we just busy preparing for buying and packaging foods and things to bring back to Abu Dhabi. We went back to Abu Dhabi on 27th Sept 2009 at 11.40 am. What a memorable holiday summer 2009.

On 16th Octotober 2009, we had our 6th Family Day at Corniche. This is annual event, to celebrate my 19th anniversary. As usual Spice win most of the game.
